On March 12, the 13th Global Baku Forum on "Elimination of differences in the world in transition" started under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center in Baku, in the "Gulustan" palace.
