Agricultural Workers' Professional Day celebrated in Aghjabadi +PHOTOS=23

Regional correspondent of AZpress.AZ reports that on October 30, Agricultural Workers' Professional Day was celebrated in Aghjabadi. 
 

On the occasion of November 1 – Agricultural Workers' Professional Day, a group of employees distinguished by their efficient activities in the agricultural sector were awarded honorary certificates by the Head of the Aghjabadi District Executive Authority.
 
Established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated October 9, 2008, this remarkable day is an expression of high appreciation for the labor of people who contribute to the development of agriculture in our country, working in the field of land cultivation and agricultural production.
 
The agricultural development policy laid down by National Leader Heydar Aliyev is successfully continued under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. The implementation of land reforms, expansion of state support for farmers, improvement of subsidy mechanisms, application of modern technologies, and promotion of agricultural production significantly contribute to the development of agriculture.
 
In Aghjabadi district, which stands out for its agricultural potential, fertile land, and rich farming traditions, important work is being carried out to develop agriculture, increase productivity, and support farmers' activities. Cotton growing, grain growing, livestock farming, sericulture, and other agricultural sectors occupy an important place in the economic life of the district.
 
On the occasion of the professional holiday, Murshudlu Badal Nadir oglu, Mehdiyev Jeyhun Eyvaz oglu, Mehdiyev Azer Ali oglu, Atamoglanzade Khazar Atamoglan oglu, and Najafova Intizar Zalan gizi were awarded honorary certificates by the Head of the Aghjabadi District Executive Authority for their efficient activities in the agricultural sector.
