M. Sh. Vazeh Central Library of Yasamal District Centralized Library System of the Central Department of Culture of Baku City presents to readers and viewers the article "Professor Hafiz Pashayev in the history of modern diplomatic and academic thought of Azerbaijan" by Sayman Aruz, writer, poet, active reader of the Central Library named after M.
